This special course includes a luxurious assortment of three types of Ren's specialty beef tongue marinated in salted koji, as well as loin and belly meat from Zeiton, a rare breed of pork born from crossbreeding with Mangalica pork, an edible national treasure, and a five-piece assortment of fresh offal. Zeiton is known for its finely textured meat and elegantly sweet fat, and the more it is grilled, the more its rich aroma and deep flavor spread.
